Reaktor Switchboard — the FFI design

The Switchboard design has been merged into the canonical Reaktor FFI — Switchboard, the universal language bridge document, which combines the spec's Universal Language Bridge chapter, the code-grounded module map, and this design in one place. See in particular the frame protocol, typed services, trunks and the C ABI, and the roadmap.
